It is an internet-based application that requires only that you provide a phone

A. Yes, All monthly plans include rollover. As long as you remain
an active monthly subscriber, your time will be rolled over to the next period.

A. No. Any unused time at the end of your current period
will rollover to the next period.
A. You can easily import any contacts or lead lists you wish
into CitaLink®, in Comma Delimited (.csv) or Excel (.xls) file formats.
A. CitaLink® is merely a tool to aid in efficient
calling. As such, its function is not to "screen" lists in any way; every name on
the list as supplied will be called. You or your list providers are responsible
for verifying that lists are in compliance with FTC Do Not Call regulations. To check regulations, please visit

A. No. Unlike VOIP, ours is a proven, time-tested telephony service.
However, CitaLink® is VOIP ready, so when the technology has improved,
we can integrate it into our system.
A. No, you can not put your CitaLink® plan on hold. But since
rollover is included on all monthly plans, no time will be lost.
A. The One-Time Plan is good for one month from the date of purchase.
After that time period, any unused time will be discarded.
A. To receive the Customer Appreciation Bonus,
all you have to do is be an active monthly subscriber. Then, on your renewal date,
you will be rewarded with FREE Bonus Hours just for being a customer. The Bonus
Hours are based on your monthly plan and how long you have been a subscriber to
that plan. The more hours your current monthly plan has, the more Bonus Hours you
will earn each month; and the longer you have been a customer to this plan, the

A. Yes. If you upgrade or downgrade your account,
your Customer Appreciation Bonus Hours will start over. The Customer Appreciation
Bonus Plan is based on the calling plan that you subscribed to and how long you
have been subscribed to that plan. Therefore, if you change plans, the Customer
Appreciation Bonus will start over.
A. Bonus hours do not expire. All unused bonus
hours will rollover to the next period.
A. To cancel your monthly subscription, a written notice of termination
must be sent via support ticket by the end of business (6PM CST), no less then 10
days prior to your renewal date. For example, i) if the monthly period for a subscription
to the Service commences on March 20th and notice of termination is given on March
15, 2009, termination will be effective as of April 20, 2009, and ii) if the monthly
period for a subscription to the Service commences on March 20th and notice of termination
is given on March 10, 2009, termination will be effective as of March 20, 2009.
(Note: If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will lose all referred subscribers
and any commissions that would have been paid.)
A. If your account is suspended, you have 30 days from the date
of suspension to update your payment information. After 30 days, your account will
be cancelled and any unused time will be lost. Also, any commissions earned will
be forfeited and you will not be able to retain any referrals by signing up for
a new account. If you are trying to update your information and you are having difficulties,
please send a support ticket and a customer service representative will help you.
A. A subscriber is a user who signs up for CitaLink® service
only. An affiliate not only is a subscriber, but can also earn a
commission for every new subscriber and/or affiliate that signs up under their account.
A. No. You may sign up as many subscribers and/or affiliates
as you want.

A. Yes. To save the report to your computer:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Commission Report and enter the desired
period and dates.
- Click Submit.
- Once the report is completed, you will have the option to either
export the report to an Excel file or print it.
A. Commission checks are mailed on out on a 6 week delay once the month has been completed. (Ex: If you have a subscriber sign up under your Referral account on March 1st, 2010. The commission for this sign up will be paid on May 15th, 2010)
A. The minimum amount of Commissions that will be mailed out is
$25.00. However, if you have earned an amount lower than $25.00, the amount will
be rolled over to the following month and once you have reached the required $25.00
limit a Commission check will be mailed out to you.
A. Yes, if you are not a subscriber to a CitaLink® plan,
you will lose your referred subscribers and any commissions that would have been
paid. As long as you are a subscriber to at least one calling plan, you will still
keep your referred subscribers and commissions.
A. Yes, you may redirect your own domain name to your personal
affiliate site as long as you do not use masking or framing.
